Not that we ever really wish to take what MSN news has to say seriously, but if the shoes fits……….. Ottawa takes 8th place, Vancouver 3rd. Where the hell was Toronto?? Maybe the rise of the Ford family saved us on this occasion and pushed the median up a little; they are sooooooo well dressed.
